When the HVAC company I was using missed some scheduled appointments with no contact, I knew it was time to switch to someone more reliable. I had heard a few people recommend Connell's and so I contacted them for my annual preventive maintenance. They discovered the issues/leaks that I figured were there based on the poor performance of the system and past issues. Matt was helpful and informative. He answered every question and concern I had and helped me make an informed decision about how to proceed. I thought there would be a delay in the time they discovered the issues and the time they could get them fixed but there was not. The turnaround was days not even a week. Then Matt double checked the work that was done after the install of my new system. He was patient as I learned how to use my smart thermostat that we requested at the last minute and they made happen. Angela in the office was amazingly responsive. No sooner than I had asked a question, she was already texting Matt to find out the answer. They both asked me how the best way to contact me was, a phone call or text. They were proactive, helpful, and responsive. I appreciated their teamwork. I like doing business with people who identified themselves as my neighbors, telling me where they lived. Everything that they did helped me build trust with them and they are the ones who initiated that trust relationship. I feel confidence in Connell's Heating and Air. They told me my other unit is not quite on its last legs yet and to hold off on replacing it, even though both units were installed at the same time and are at the end of their typical lifespan. With the annual preventative maintenance checks, they promised to keep an eye on it and let me know when it was time. And I already know the turnaround is quick. I am thankful that I decided to go with Connell Heating And Air. And again, I feel confidence in Connell's!!!
